Home Inspection Standards
The Inspection: Our inspection will highlight the positive, as well as the negative issues of a home. We will inspect all the visually accessible systems, components and structures from the foundation to the roof. We highly recommend that you attend the home inspection, so you can go on a detailed walk through at the end of the inspection to review our findings. The inspection time, from start to finish is generally two to four hours.
The Report: The Pro-Sight® proprietary computer generated report, is the best report in the industry. Not only is it comprehensive, but also it is extremely easy to read and pleasant to look at. The report features a summary section with separate listings of both Marginal Items and Repair/Replace Recommendations to the property. The report is presented in an attractive three ring binder.
