Our Commitment
Expect the absolute highest level of home inspection service. ProSight members perform a detailed, non-invasive visual inspection designed to identify material defects in structures, household components, and systems as they exist at the time of the inspection. We provide a 26 plus page report with digital photos, which can be posted online for easy retrieval. The inspection focuses on conditions that effect a homes value, desirability, habitability and safety.

Both Jim & Kirk Educated via HE School of Better Building Inspections, the most hands on, and in the field training available in the home inspection business.
Kirk Thomas has over 5 years experience in the Home Inspection field.
Kirk Thomas is an ASHI candidate member and is dedicated to the ASHI code of ethics and standards; as well as the ongoing education requirements.
Kirk & Jim are affiliate members of the St. Charles County Board of Realtors.
Jim Jenkins is a NACHI certified inspector committed to the NACHI code of ethics & standards; as well as the ongoing education requirements.
